If you want to source your own bathroom items you are responsible for the following:

Checking items for damages and defaults before we arrive on site to carry out the work.

Giving enough time to change before the work starts.

If work runs over time due to incorrect or faulty product sourcing, you will be liable for additional labout time/ call outs. (See section titles "Additional Labour".

You will be responsible for additional labour/time costs if our work time runs over due to:

You ordering different incorrect sizes of the items to which we have stated & agreed on.

You under order materials (purposely or accidentally) which we causing works to be extended

We offer two types of guarantees on our work:

1. If you, the customer, supply the bathroom suite and fixtures, we will give you a 6-month guarantee on our laboured work. This does not include the replacement of faulty, or poor quality items supplied by yourself. Faulty items supplied by yourself will be charged an additional labour cost to rectify any problems.

2. If we supply the bathroom suite and fixtures, we will give a 12-month guarantee on all work undertaken. This includes faulty fixtures and appliances that fail within this period. 

Please let us know what items in the bathroom you would like us to save for you, as we are not responsible for the damage / disposal of anything we’re not notified of before work commences

Please locate the isolation points for: gas, electric & water and test whether they are working correctly and without issues. Please locate the central heating drain valve before we start work on your bathroom.

We cater for all your bathroom needs, including the collection and disposal of your old suite, if required.

Once we confirm a date to carry out the work, we require a £100 booking fee in order to secure your slot which will be taken of your final bill. However, if a bathroom suite or any fittings are supplied by you, we require no deposit but the full amount to be paid on completion. If we supply the bathroom suite or any fittings, we require a 50% deposit to be paid upfront and the remaining amount to be settled upon completion.

We are not responsible for any cracks in your walls or ceilings while work is being carried out or after completion.

We will never leave you without running water, a working toilet, and central heating, whilst work is being carried out.

We are not responsible for any damages caused by plumbing alterations.

Any repairs will be quoted separately.

In your quote, we will clarify how long the work will take and what day it will be underway.

If parking permits are required, please ensure we are provided with one when work starts through to completion.
